Description

Accountable for managingreception and administration tasks at the front office, along withreceiving andanswering calls,handling, sorting, and mailing requests. Also, plans executivemeetings and travel. For the entiredepartment, theFront Office Receptionist is the first point of connection,requiring a positive approach and asophisticated,professional look. This job will involve a range of front officeoperations in multiple tasks.

Roles& Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors tothe appropriate person and office. Answer, screen andforward incoming phone calls. Recruitment,sourcing candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Job Posting, OnboardingProcess. Ensurethe reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessarystationery and material (e.g. pens,forms andbrochures). Provide basic and accurate information in-person and viaphone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain officesecurity by following safety procedures and controlling access viathe reception desk(monitor logbook,issue visitor badges). Order front officesupplies and keep inventory of stock. Keep updatedrecords of office expenses and costs. Perform otherclerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,transcribing andfaxing.
