Looking for FEMALE candidates only for Malad (W) location - with minimum 3-4 years’ experience handling the Front Desk/reception and office Administration. Candidate should be active, smart & confident to handle the reception area.
Age Criteria : 25 - 35 Years.
Responsibilities include:
· Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
· Adept at scheduling events and arranging travels (Domestic & International both)
· Well-versed with Visa application processes for multiple countries
· Demonstrated ability to screen calls, manage calendars and manage meetings
· Well-versed in preparing reports and typing correspondence
· Known for working well with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors
· Able to handle sensitive documents in a very confidential manner
· First-hand experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, accounting software and internet research
· Qualified to perform research work for specific assignments and projects
· Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
· Able to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner
· Strong teamwork acumen with a profound ability to work under extreme pressure
· Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment
· Flexible schedule with exceptional interpersonal skills
· Committed to provide excellent customer service all times
· Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

Any Graduate Degree in Management, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
