We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Executive with at least 5 years of professional experience in front desk operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Manage front office operations, including reception, guest coordination, and scheduling.
Handle visitor logs, appointments, and security protocols.
Manage courier services, stationary inventory, and office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Support HR and admin teams as needed with onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
