DESIGNATION: female FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
location- bawana sector-5
salary 15k to 20k
Objective: To provide a point of contact for all Walk Ins, Incoming Telephone Calls, grant access to office premises and provide Customer service for Clients, Staff & Visitors.
Work Planning and Execution
A) Key Processes

Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
3Maintaining the Cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk Area at all the Times.
Answering , screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Inventory management by monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary.
7Coordinating with vendors when required.
Mailing the Daily Attendance Report of all executives to their respective reporting heads.
Maintaining security handover / takeover report and communicate to relevant stake holders.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Making outbound telephonic calls targeting potential customers to aware them about products and services thereby generating leads
Receiving incoming calls of customer and allocating them to concern marketer.
Solving customers queries in best possible ways and understanding their grievances ensuring them for further resolution of the same.
