Key Responsibilities:
Attend to Calls: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Provide information and assistance to callers in a professional and courteous manner.
Sales Follow-Up: Assist in sales activities by following up with potential customers and providing necessary information or support as required.
Attend to Visitors: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors who come to the front office. Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Register Maintenance: Keep accurate records by maintaining various registers, including visitor logs, courier registers, and other essential documents.
Multi-Language Proficiency: A strong command of multiple languages, with a preference for Hindi, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Typing Skills: Good typing skills to handle data entry and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Copywriting: Ability to write clear and concise copy for communication materials such as emails, notices, and announcements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as computers, printers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
