Job Description
2. Answering the phone, taking messages, and redirecting calls to respective persons.
3. Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
4. Organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
5. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
6. Manage diaries of the Partners
7. Strong communication and people skills
8. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
+. Smart, efficient and presentable and proactive
10. Provide front desk reception duties for the office
11. Knowledge of admin work like cordination with other departments managing day to day admin work
Preferably female candidate from a professional services firm or a hospitality background.
