Position: Front Desk Executive / Secretary cum Receptionist
Location: Fort,Mumbai
CTC: Rs 3.50 lacs-Rs 3.75 lacs per annum (depending upon experience)
Requirements
Should be very well versed with oral & written English
Good Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet
Prior Work Experience in Real Estate sector is a huge plus
Office Timing 10 am to 7 pm
Office Location: Fort, Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Greeting & Screening Visitors
Proficient in managing secretarial functions involving handling email/correspondence, screening & answering telephone calls, documentation, etc.
Developing, organizing and maintaining administrative records for files- both hard copies and digital
Taking down dictation and transcribing it into letters
Supporting internet-based research, information sourcing etc.
Handling Travel arrangements, such as air/rail tickets, visa, hotel reservations, etc
Preparing bills/vouchers and expense reports
Various other admin duties
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
