Experience - 0-2 year & 2-5 year
Education - Graduate (Schooling from CBSE/ICSE Board)
CTC - Up to 5 Lakh Per annum.
Job Location - Corporate Office-Gurgaon Sector - 4+
1.Pleasant personality, good in communication and guest relation.
2.Handle routine office administration work for corporate office
3.Meeting and Board room bookings management.
4.Maintaining Records of important documentation, attendance, stationary, Handling Petty Expenses
6. Maintenance of Inward/Outward registers, Handling Couriers (Incoming and Outgoing) and Ticketing (Air, Train), Hotel Booking etc(If Required)
7.Prepare/Maintaining extension list of users and provide as and when required.
8.Office Decoration, any kind of celebration should be very innovative & go getter.
+.Efficient in Ops management, handling team of Housekeeping and Security guards and Pantry Management
Computer Knowledge: Upper hand in word, Excel (spread sheets) and PowerPoint.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
