Job Requirements

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Oasis Nursing Home And Polyclinic in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Update calendars and schedule meetings

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines

• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
