Your Critical Mission:
Leadership & Mentorship (40% of your role):
• Spearhead the front-end development team, setting high standards for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and SOPs.
• Mentor less experienced developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
• Collaborate with QA, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Technical Expertise & Hands-On Development (40% of your role):
• Dive deep into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create and optimize high-performance landing pages.
• Take charge of setting up and managing critical tracking platforms (RedTrack, Ringba, etc.).
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on fixes for time-sensitive problems.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging web technologies and apply them to our business needs.
• Lead the charge in mobile-first and responsive design, ensuring flawless user experiences across all devices.
• Champion UX best practices, ensuring our pages not only convert but delight users.
Strategy & Innovation (20% of your role):
• Propose and implement new techniques and technologies to give us a competitive edge.
• Participate in software selection for new enterprise applications.
• Act as the primary technical contact for architects, bridging business needs with cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Tracking & Attribution Mastery:
• Take ownership of setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RedTrack click tracking and Ringba call tracking.
• Ensure seamless integrations with various traffic channels for flawless attribution.
• Stay vigilant with regular monitoring of tracking software logs.
Development Leadership:
• Oversee all front-end projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and performance.
• Conduct razor-sharp code reviews, fostering a culture of excellence in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our web applications, with a strong focus on mobile and responsive testing.
• Be ready to create fixes and write code yourself when critical issues arise.
• Advocate for and implement UX best practices across all projects.
Problem-Solving & Innovation:
• Lead the charge in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across our digital properties.
• Collaborate closely with QA teams to implement feedback and meet all project requirements.
• Stay at the forefront of web development best practices, ensuring their application across all our projects.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance user experience without compromising conversion rates.
The Arsenal You Bring:
• Deep expertise in front-end web development, particularly in high-traffic, conversion-focused environments.
• Proven experience with click and call tracking platforms, and a knack for quick mastery of new tools.
• Strong background in direct response marketing, including pay-per-call, lead generation, or e-commerce.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile mindset, ready to adapt strategies and lead your team through rapid changes.
