We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing top-tier service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Clear tables and clean dining areas
Process customer payments
Provide excellent customer service and exceed guests' expectations
Assist with the preparation and setup for special events
