Job Description
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, sending and tracking couriers
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Control inventory relevant to reception area
Maintain the reception area
Desired Candidate Profile
Secondary/ Higher Secondary education
Verbal and Written Communication
Computer knowledge and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
