Job Description
· Greet and welcome guests
· Maintain a visitors log book.
· Answer questions and address complaints
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
· Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
· Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
· Check, sort, and forward emails
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Keep updated records and files
· Monitor office expenses and costs
· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
· Tracking the outward material
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Also follow-up with Vendors
· Monitor House Keeping staff
· Should have good knowledge of general administrative functions and facilities
· An ideal candidate should carry a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling front office operations in a corporate environment/hotels/hospitality industry

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
