Legacy Rise Academy is a growing, student-centered program committed to building safe, engaging, and enriching learning environments for young people across Georgia. Our After School Program launched in DeKalb County in 2026 and serves as the foundation of our long-term vision to support students from early childhood through young adulthood.
Our work is guided by the Legacy Pillars: Love, Learning, Leadership, Creativity, and Community. These pillars shape how we design programming, train staff, and engage students and families. We believe strong programs are built by supported adults and that after-school spaces should feel purposeful, structured, and affirming.

Legacy of Leadership: Develops student responsibility and confidence by modeling reliability and accountability while creating opportunities for students to practice leadership through participation and teamwork.
Legacy of Creativity:Encourages exploration and self-expression by facilitating engaging, hands-on activities that invite imagination, movement, and problem-solving in a supportive environment.
Legacy of Community: Builds trust and partnership with families and colleagues through professionalism, clear communication, and a shared commitment to student success and program culture.
