What is Obinex?
Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a simple ecosystem to facilitate the adoption of the centralized economy in the decentralized space and give way to a more secure centralization. As we are in a very early stage, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a probationary and vesting period.
What will you do?
As a Frontend Developer in a FinTech Pre-Seed startup, you will build and optimize user interfaces for financial applications, integrating blockchain and decentralized technologies. You’ll work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver secure, responsive, and user-friendly platforms. Your role will involve API integration for crypto and financial services, ensuring compliance with FinTech regulations. Fast prototyping and iterating on features will be key in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· UI/UX Design Implementation: Translate wireframes and designs into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
· Blockchain Integration: Integrate Web3 technologies (e.g., wallets, smart contracts) with the frontend to enable decentralized finance (DeFi) features such as crypto payments, staking, or lending.
· API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to connect the frontend with financial APIs (payment gateways, trading platforms, etc.) and ensure smooth data flow.
· Security Best Practices: Implement security protocols for financial transactions, user authentication (OAuth, JWT), and Web3 wallet management to protect user assets and sensitive data.
· Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance for faster load times, especially important in FinTech where real-time data is crucial.
· Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure the frontend complies with financial regulations (e.g., KYC/AML), and web accessibility standards (WCAG) for a wider user base.
· Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Build and iterate on MVPs quickly, conduct user testing, and implement feedback for fast feature improvements in the startup’s growth phase.
· Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the product team, designers, and backend developers to align the frontend with overall business goals and user needs.
· Continuous Learning & Web3 Trends: Stay updated with Web3 trends and fintech regulations, suggesting innovations that enhance the product’s competitiveness.
What will you bring?
· Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue, with a focus on building responsive and scalable web applications.
· Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, wallets (e.g., MetaMask), and decentralized applications (dApps) integration.
· API Integration Skills: Experience with integrating RESTful and WebSocket APIs, specifically with financial platforms (e.g., payment gateways, trading data) and blockchain protocols.
· Security Awareness: Knowledge of web and blockchain security practices, including encryption, secure authentication (OAuth, JWT), and protection against common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF).

· Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git and collaborative tools (GitHub, GitLab), enabling smooth teamwork in a dynamic startup setting.
