Job Description
Administer English language exams in a secure, computer-based environment
Welcome, verify, and assist candidates throughout the test day process
Ensure test sessions are conducted according to set protocols and handle minor technical issues as needed
Maintain candidate records, test reports, and documentation
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and office coordination
Coordinate with test vendors and internal teams for smooth daily operations
Ensure the testing area is well-prepared, clean, and professionally managed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of computers and willingness to learn testing platforms
Fairly good knowledge and experience in using social media platforms
Previous experience in exam coordination, front-desk operations, or admin roles is an advantage
High attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional appearance
Ability to work on weekends or test days when required
