- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle tax preparation and compliance activities in collaboration with external accountants and auditors.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.
- Implement Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure financial transparency and integrity.
- Perform clerical duties related to bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.
• Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role with a strong background in accounting.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for efficient financial management.
- Sound knowledge of debits, credits, and financial principles.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for error-free financial reporting.
