Day to Day:
• Accountable for all account(s) performance and supplier scorecard metrics of assigned portfolio
• Operate as the daily delivery point-of-contact for all candidate submittals, interview requests, offers, on-boarding, and issue escalation/resolution of portfolio
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships with MSP and/or shared client
• Recruit qualified IT professionals for our Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), referrals, networking events, and job postings
• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews within a fast-paced environment
• Effectively evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, technical skill set, and salary
• Negotiate wage rates with potential candidates & ability to sell job client opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity
• Create a positive experience for candidates by communicating regularly
• Conduct reference checks and ensure resumes are formatted in a professional manner
• Oversee interview scheduling and communicate job offers to selected candidates
• Lead and mentor Technical Recruiters assigned to support account(s)
• Act as quality filter for all candidate submissions to client and approve all submissions
• Oversee execution of recruiter Consultant Experience Program to increase consultant retention
• Leverage existing client relationships to expand KellyMitchell service offerings
Requirements:
• Previous experience within IT Staffing as a Recruiter and/or Account Manager is a must
• Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, and results-oriented environment within the staffing industry
• Ability to quickly assess candidates’ skills and character as they relate to the position
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple duties in a goal driven environment
• Expert communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and generate interest
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and drive to be successful
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Bachelor's degree required
