Note: This is unpaid role for 2 months. If you are a bachelor we will take care of your PG accommodation for the unpaid months.
Competitive salary will be offered from 3rd month. Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.
Role Overview
We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build our cutting-edge mental healthcare platform. You'll work on developing both the front-end and back-end components of our AI-powered therapy matching system and VR/AR therapeutic experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
Build responsive user interfaces for our therapy matching platform and administrative dashboards
Implement secure API endpoints for handling sensitive mental healthcare data
Integrate AR/VR components with web-based therapy delivery systems
Work with AI/ML engineers to implement intelligent matching algorithms
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all implementations
Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation
Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
Solid understanding of database design and ORM frameworks
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with WebGL or Three.js is a plus
Familiarity with AR/VR development frameworks is beneficial
Understanding of security best practices and HIPAA compliance
Required Experience
4+ years of full stack development experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience building healthcare or wellness applications is a plus
Ideal Educational Qualifications: preferred
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/IT from tier 1 colleges
M.Tech in Computer Science with specialization in AI/ML (preferred)
Additional certifications in cloud computing or AR/VR development
