Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
- Build scalable and fault-tolerant systems with a focus on performance and reliability

- Implement caching strategies and manage in-memory data stores (Redis)
- Ensure high availability, security, and observability of backend services
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes

- Diagnose and resolve production issues with a proactive, data-driven approach

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Backend Engineer
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java, or Node.js
- Deep understanding of MySQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Redis or similar in-memory data stores
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Proficiency with a modern frontend framework such as React
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
