Key Responsibilities
Own the complete feature lifecycle: concept → development → testing → release
Define and maintain architecture standards, coding best practices, and test routines
Mentor engineers and uplift team workflows
Collaborate with users to understand requirements and build meaningful products
Build scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, deployed on cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
Develop intuitive, high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, and modern UI frameworks
Write clean, maintainable code with minimal supervision
Make architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering processes
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and evolving requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–6 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Strong ownership of features/products/end-to-end modules
Ability to work across backend, frontend, databases, and cloud deployments
Strong engineering craftsmanship and problem-solving skills
Proven experience leading independent projects
Ability to set team standards and be a technical reference point
Can operate with limited guidance and navigate ambiguity
Strong product thinking and design instincts
