Full Stack Lead

Responsibilities:
• Designing and Implementing complete architecture for performing apps for frontend and backend
• Designing User Interfaces on web pages
• Responsive web apps
• Developing back-end applications
• Advanced Understanding of Infra and AWS Cloud
• Cross-platform optimised mobile apps
• Seeing through project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs - REST/GraphQL
• Meeting the technical requirements as well as consumer needs
• Participate in designing and developing high-volume, low-latency mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm constantly fresh and relevant ideas and implement solutions
• Participate in the end-to-end application development lifecycle stages
• Write efficient, testable, robust, clean, and scalable code
• Understanding and Implementing Devops practices
• Understanding security practices as per regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Strong Organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency with front end languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Familiarity with frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React Native: React native is mandatory
• Proficiency with server side languages Java / Javascript/Typescript using node.js .
• For JAVA must have experience in spring boot, Maven, Gradle, Junit, hibernate/JPA, REST Services
• Strong hold on Microservices and MACH Architecture
• Proficiency with databases like Mongo dB, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
• Debugging and Optimisation skills
• Agile Mind-set (Must)
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud concepts like API Gateway, EKS, ECS, RDS, Network Setups, Server less Technologies etc.
• Familiarity with containers and tech related to it e. g. Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with technologies like Kafka, Elastic search etc.
• Familiarity with code versioning using Git
