Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts & Administration Assistant located in South Mumbai. The Accounts & Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, handling clerical tasks, managing phone communications, and maintaining efficient office operations. Daily tasks include managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with financial records.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Stock management - regular inventory updates
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Maintaining a financial database
Handling office administration duties
Shipping orders to and fro
