We’re a small, fast-growing SaaS startup in the lead generation space, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team. We help our customers—agencies, performance-focused marketers, and lead sellers—create high-converting lead capture forms and funnels that integrate seamlessly with platforms like Unbounce, WordPress, GoHighLevel, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support and Retention: Checking in on high-priority customers (don’t worry, we’ve got a system for that) to ensure they’re happy and sticking with us.
- Support Management: Managing our support inbox and Slack channels. On average, we handle just a handful of tickets daily.
- Onboarding and Training: Onboarding new customers, assisting with setup, account configurations, and migrations. Bonus if you’re comfortable hopping on Zoom for kick-off calls and onboarding sessions (we’ll train you in our systems).
- Demos and Trainings: Giving product demos and training calls to prospects, helping them get up and running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
While we’ll train you on our product, audience, and customers, we do have some basic requirements:
You’re comfortable working with tools like Slack, Zoom, email, and ticketing systems (we use HelpScout).
Big Plus: Experience with landing page builders like Unbounce, WordPress, and GoHighLevel, as well as CRMs. If you're comfortable with compliance regulations like TCPA thats a huge plus.
Even Bigger Plus: A technical or marketing background is a huge advantage! Many of our customers are tech-savvy and may have questions about webhook setups, integrations, or marketing tech stacks.
You have excellent written and spoken English and can overlap with EST hours (1 PM - 5 PM EST).
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving.
