We are looking for a serious, hardworking editor who is willing to grow with a startup and help us increase our speed of delivery so we can take on more clients.
Role Overview
You will handle editing for:
Real Estate Projects
HDR blending (Lightroom)
Window pulls
Sky replacements
Object removal
Colour correction
Cinematic property videos (Premiere Pro)
Time Remapping
After Effects is a bonus
Social media reel formatting
Corporate & Event Projects
Event photo editing
Highlight videos
Clean audio balancing
Professional colour grading
Social media-ready exports
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years editing experience
Experience in real estate or event editing preferred
Strong PC capable of handling 4K footage
Fast and stable internet connection
Highly detail-oriented
Deadline-focused mindset
Willingness to grow with a startup
Hardworking and performance-driven
This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term growth rather than short-term freelance projects.
Performance Bonus
₹1,000 bonus for every completed video delivered within the respective month (meeting quality and deadline standards).
Employment Structure
Initial 3-month probation period
Performance evaluation during probation
Full-time confirmation after successful completion
If performance and company growth align, salary will increase by up to 50% within one year
We are looking for committed individuals who want to build something long-term.
