Full-Time Receptionist
Position: Full-Time Legal Receptionist
Location: Level 1, 104 Gympie Road, Strathpine, QLD
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday - In Office
Salary: $66k - $77k inc Super (based on experience and suitability)
Start Date: Immediate

Role & Responsibilities:
Director of First Impressions: Greet visitors and answer phones for multiple brands, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experience.
Office Management: Keep the front office tidy, manage basic cleaning, and provide coffee/tea for visitors.
Communication: Handle calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately.
Support: Assist with legal secretarial duties during busy periods, stand in for other team members during lunch and holidays.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a legal receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Legal secretarial experience is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, friendly nature, organized, tidy, well-presented, and articulate.
Attitude: Outgoing, professional, and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
