Seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. This role demands a deep understanding of JavaScript-based frameworks, backend systems, cloud platforms, and database management. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering end-to-end solutions in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.
• Architect and optimize relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and implement caching using Redis.
• Develop and manage complex RESTful and GraphQL APIs, algorithms, and data structures.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and GCP, ensuring performance and security.
• Lead and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Own projects from inception through deployment, driving decision-making for architecture and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features.
• Act as a point of contact for client communication, requirement gathering, and delivery management.
• Oversee project execution, risk mitigation, and delivery coordination.
• Continuously troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications for scalability and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and Strapi.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching systems (Redis).
• Experience working with AWS and GCP cloud services.
• Proficient in writing efficient APIs and building high-performance backend systems.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
• Exposure to Java and Go.
• Experience with GraphQL for building efficient APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
