Job DescriptionDeliver hedge fund accounting services to clientsDelivering the highest service levels to clients and ensuring compliance with internal policies and proceduresEnsuring preparation
delivery of daily
weekly and month end PNL
NAV in accurately and timely mannerReconcile various accounts and
or reviewing reconciliations prepared by offshore partners
promptly researching and correcting any variancesIdentify areas for increased efficiency
quality and productivityIdentify exceptions and issues affecting valuation process
communicating same to management
and assisting in their resolutionEnsure timely response to client requests in standard and non
standard situationGood understanding of complex investment products
performance fee calculations
fund structures
side pockets and distributions etcLiaison with auditors
including preparation of financial statements and audit support scheduleParticipate in the annual review on fund documents
operating memorandum and pricing policyMinimise issues by maintaining a tight control and high accuracy levelsAble to escalate in the event of any operational control deficiency and provide suggestion to mitigate such risksParticipation in ad hoc projectsUnless explicitly requested or approached by SS
