We’re seeking a detail‑driven and forward‑thinking Fundraising Operations Specialist to support the effective delivery of our fundraising activity across systems, processes and payment platforms.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our regular giving programme runs smoothly and accurately, from debit runs and income reconciliation through to data integrity and supporter experience. You’ll also contribute to future‑focused initiatives, helping us explore and implement new and emerging giving technologies. You will be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of accurate, efficient, and compliant fundraising operations across systems and processes
Usage of Salesforce (Non-Profit Cloud) and the finance system to reconcile donation data and support the operational delivery of the regular giving programme
Leading the preparation and execution of regular giving debit runs, ensuring income accuracy and timely processing
Working closely with the Supporter Care Administrator to manage debit rejections and coordinate effective follow‑up
Contribution of continuous improvement initiatives, including data testing, reporting enhancements, and process innovation to strengthen system accuracy and donor experience
Supporting of future readiness by assisting with the exploration and implementation of emerging payment technologies, including digital wallets, cryptocurrency donations, and new online giving methods
Ensuring all new payment methods and processes meet organisational data, compliance, and reporting standards

You’ll bring a strong combination of technical capability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll have:
A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business, finance, data management, or information systems.
Demonstrated understanding of financial reconciliation, data processing, or CRM operations.
Proven ability to manage regular giving or recurring payment processes
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems optimisation and new technologies
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
