• Job Title: GA Accountant
This is an exciting opportunity for a GA Accountant to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's fixed assets, preparing financial statements, and conducting audits.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's fixed assets, including Depreciation Run and Asset Impairment
• Review and update the schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation
• Pass accounting entries for Asset Impairment and conduct periodic Impairment reviews for Intangible Assets
• Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client and prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets
• Retire Assets and calculate asset requirement obligations, create Asset Sale Invoice, and revalue Foreign Currency liability/assets
• Review and pass Journal Entries and perform Intercompany and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Have tax reporting and Transfer pricing experience and maintain Accounting Controls
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 2-10 years of experience in general accounting, Fixed assets & reporting
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to act independently with minimal supervision and maintain deadlines
• Knowledge of JD Edwards is required and proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)
