Job Description
We are looking for a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expert to assist in setting up accurate tracking for form conversions and user behavior on our site.
Project Scope:
Form Start Tracking:
Set up tracking to capture when users start interacting with our form. Current tracking underreports form starts, so we need this optimized to ensure accuracy.
Form Completion Tracking:
Track form completions based on different landing pages users are directed to after submitting the form. We want to ensure proper conversion tracking, potentially using "thank you" page visits.
Entry Point Tracking:
Verify and track all user entry points to the form, including various elements across the site like header, buttons, graphics, and blog links.
Event Parameters:
Set up event parameters to capture important details such as:
Element type (button, link)
Element location (header, footer, etc.)
Button/link text
Page URL and previous page URL
Device type and visitor type
Session source and location
