Qualifications
• Expertise in Production Planning, Workflow Management, and Resource Allocation
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Cost-Effective Production Techniques
• Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with suppliers
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to address and resolve production challenges
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Educational background in Textile Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in garment manufacturing is a strong advantage
