Working Schedule:
• Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
• Hours: 6:00 PM-3:30 AM

A Record to Report (R2R) General Ledger (GL) professional plays a crucial role in an organization's finance and accounting operations. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through effective management of the general ledger and related reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• General Ledger Management: Oversee and manage the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Month-End and Year-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining robust internal controls over financial reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function, implementing best practices where applicable.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, furnishing necessary documentation and explanations of accounting practices.
