Job Responsibilities:-
(General Accounting R2R)
Domain Knowledge:
• Fundamentals Concepts of Accounting
• Journal entries (Intermediate to Advance)
• Fixed Asset Accounting, Depreciation Asset Retirement
• Month-end / Quarter-end close activities and reconciliation
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage policies and procedures. Maintain General ledger master data.
• Perform general accounting, Process Manual Journal Entry (Opex, Capex)
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation and provide necessary adjustments.
• Perform fixed asset accounting, Depreciation Run, Fixed Asset Reconciliation ect.
• Perform lease accounting
• Manage capital project accounting
• Produce financial reporting, Prepare financial reports
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, CA Inter.
• 35 years of experience in R2R , Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concept.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivots, lookups)
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / S4HANA) preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility in working in shifts
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Team player with accountability for assigned tasks
• High focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ready to work in Australian hours (starting at 3am IST)
