We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Staff Accountant. This role involves managing financial transactions, including bank feeds, journal entries, and reporting templates.
• Responsibilities:
• Bank Feed Management: Set up and manage 15+ bank accounts using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
• Daily Support: Provide daily support by responding to vendor/customer inquiries, uploading invoices into AP management software, and guiding CPAs on guided jobs.
• Weekly Tasks: Update preformatted reporting templates and book necessary journal entries for sales and payroll.
• Monthly Close Schedule: Ensure all scheduled dates are met, allowing the rest of the team to perform their duties efficiently.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Basics of QuickBooks Online: Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is essential; training can be provided if needed.
• Basics of Excel: Proficiency in Excel is required, along with strong attention to detail and proficient English or Fluent Spanish.
