Opportunity – General Corporate Lawyer | Tier 1 Law Firm
Role Highlights:
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Assist in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including structuring, due diligence, and documentation.
• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service contracts, vendor agreements, and joint venture documentation.
• General Advisory: Support clients on corporate governance, compliance, regulatory issues, and other general corporate advisory matters.
• Transaction Support: Work closely with senior team members on transaction execution, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, advisors, and counterparties.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with Partners, clients, and external advisors to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed legal research and prepare notes on corporate law, regulatory developments, and market practices.
Ideal Candidate:
• Law graduate (LLB) – Class of 2026, 2026, or 2026 pass-outs, eager to build a career in General Corporate law.
• Strong academic background with internships or prior experience in M&A, commercial contracts, or corporate advisory.
• Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting complex transactions under partner guidance.
• Prior internships or experience in reputed law firms in General Corporate practice will be an added advantage.
