Seeking a dynamic and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team, bringing expertise across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. Duties
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis across diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and landord-tenant law.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings to advocate effectively on their behalf.
Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution by coordinating discovery processes, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
Provide legal advice on compliance issues related to environmental regulations, immigration policies, securities requirements, and tribal laws.
Maintain organized case files and records using legal administrative experience to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for risk mitigation and regulatory adherence while supporting business objectives.
Experience
Proven experience practicing law in multiple disciplines including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law or related fields.
Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive case analysis.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal drafting tailored to various audiences.
Experience managing complex litigation cases with a track record of successful outcomes.
Excellent negotiation skills demonstrated through effective advocacy in settlement discussions or contractual negotiations.
Familiarity with the operations of a busy law office environment including case management software and administrative procedures.
