General Ledger Accountant (US GAAP)
Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manages the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures
• Support monthly and annual close processes, ensure data accuracy & analyze financial information
• Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness
• Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting
• Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency
• Ability to perform analysis of issues of high complexity by reviewing a variety of known factors
• Prepare journal entries & reconcile accounts
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
• Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
• Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
• Proficient business software skills (Oracle, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint and One Drive) Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Experience required
• Proven ability to meet business expectations
