Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Processing: Accurately process payrolls for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local regulations.
• System Updates: Maintain and update payroll systems, including employee records and payroll software, to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• Payroll Reconciliations: Perform regular payroll reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Payroll Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports, including tax filings, compliance reports, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
• ADP System Management: Utilize ADP systems for payroll processing and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency with payroll systems, particularly ADP a plus
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
