Job Details
We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, insurance defense, and personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Assist with case management and strategy development.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
