Job Description
Responsibilities
1. MIS & Management Reporting
• Prepare financial MIS reports for senior management.
• Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
2. Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in
compliance with Ind AS.
• Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and
notes to accounts.
• Projecting and preparing project cash flow.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Supervise timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
• Handle assessments, notices, and correspondence with statutory authorities.
4. Financial Controls & Governance
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
5. Budgeting & Financial Planning
• Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to management.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support BD function with key inputs on FP & A.
6. Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor and develop the accounts and finance team.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Build a high-performance finance function.
7. Audit Management
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant(CA)-Mandatory.CA/CFS will be a plus.
• Additional certifications in finance or taxation will be an advantage
Experience
• Minimum 15 plus years of experience in Accounts
• Proven experience in financial reporting ,Ind AS compliance and GST/IT regulations.
• Expertise in ERP operations and MIS preparation.
• Experience in handling audits, statutory compliance and financial control systems.
• Experience in handling IT notices/appeal matters with competent authority.
• Experience in real estate/infrastructure sector will be preferred
