Job Description
We are an expanding company in the Organic Farming / Pet Nutrition sector, focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable products to urban markets across Delhi NCR.
The GM will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring smooth execution across supply chain, distribution, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily business operations across production, supply chain, and sales.
• Develop and expand distribution network in Delhi NCR and nearby regions.
• Handle partnerships with retailers, organic stores, and pet shops.
• Coordinate sourcing from North Indian agri-belts (Haryana, Punjab, UP).
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as GM / Operations Head / Business Manager
• Strong background in FMCG, Food Processing, Agri-business, or Pet Food
• Hands-on experience in supply chain, distribution, and sales
• Familiarity with Delhi NCR market and vendor ecosystem
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
