Job Description
- Provide strategic thought leadership to Head HR and Management in terms of IR and HR in Factories.
- To conduct annual performance review process of workers.
- Ensure 100% compliances to all matters pertaining to PF Act, ESI, Gratuity, Labour registration, Bonus.
- Liaison with local bodies such as labour department, police, local KOLs.
- To look after matters pertaining to Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of wages act, Bonus act.
- To be responsible for industrial discipline, labor conflict, handling labor issues, Lay off's, Retrenchment & compliances of Factory act.
- Conduct Statutory compliances audits periodically to give assurance to board on these matters.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliances.
- Proven strength in managing labour disputes.
- Should be very strong in managing the external IR scenario viz. liaison with govt. authorities, notices from authorities, etc.
