General Manager - Property
Oversee the operations of the property, as per the Organizational chart.
Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments and team members.
Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
Lead all key property issues including improvements and upgradation projects, customer service and refurbishment.
Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the Property’s annual Operating Budget
Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
Maximizing room yield revenue through innovative sales practices.
Work along with the revenue management team in devising methodologies for maximising revenue
Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staffs at the property.
Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
Provide effective leadership to property team members.
Requisite Experience:
1. Graduate or Post Graduate from hospitality Institute
2. 8 to 12 years experience with a Minimum of 2 years in GM role at a resort property
3. Open to relocate to Jaipur
4. Good English and Hindi communication skills
5. Dynamic personality
