Job Description
• Strategy & Planning:
- Design and implement a national B2B sales strategy focused on school and corporate partnerships.- Develop revenue and outreach targets across regions in alignment with business goals.
• Business Development:
- Identify, pitch, and close deals with large schools, educational groups, and corporates for team outings, employee engagement, annual day celebrations, and activity-based learning.- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers – HR heads, school principals, CSR heads, etc.- Represent the organization at key educational and corporate networking events, expos, and conferences.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead a team of regional B2B executives and ensure performance metrics are met.- Collaborate closely with Park Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of tie-ups.
• Client Engagement & Retention:
- Design customized packages and engagement plans for B2B clients.- Drive repeat business and long-term contracts through client satisfaction and continuous engagement.
• Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain detailed CRM data, sales funnel reports, and performance dashboards.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
