Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager of Sales Operations based in New Delhi. The General Manager will oversee and optimize sales operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing and optimizing sales processes, analyzing and reporting on sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leading sales teams
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and grow client relationships
• Operational expertise in Operations Management to lead and optimize sales processes and ensure smooth business operations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-driven decision-making
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or relevant industries is a plus
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
