Reporting directly to the President, the selected leader will play a pivotal role in shaping global sourcing strategy, product vision, private label development, merchandising innovation, supplier partnerships, and overall commercial growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational — someone capable of transforming trends into commercially successful assortments while building a world-class merchandising and sourcing organization.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The successful candidate will lead:
Merchandising strategy and assortment architecture
Global sourcing and procurement initiatives
Vendor negotiations and offshore partnerships
Product development and commercialization
Pricing, margin optimization, and category profitability
Trend forecasting and consumer insights
Cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Marketing, Operations, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
✔ Extensive experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle Retail, or Fashion/Apparel with strong sourcing expertise.
✔ Deep expertise in global sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiations, offshore manufacturing, margin optimization, and product lifecycle management.
✔ Strong international sourcing exposure: China, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Europe, and other global sourcing markets.
✔ Proven ability to build commercially successful assortments, lead high-performing teams, influence executive leadership, and drive profitable growth.
✔ Entrepreneurial, hands-on, agile leadership style.
