- As an Ethics leader, you'll work as part of a cross border team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex ethics & compliance vio lations issues from strategy to execution while upholding the company's code of ethics and business conduct.
Skills Required :
- Extensive experience in handling conflicts and demonstrating respect while working under pressure and while working and collaborating with multi-cultural, multi-lingual diverse and inclusive environment.
- Conducting a broad range of ethics and compliance responsibilities supporting Genpact's Ombuds Program as well as supporting and working with internal workstreams within the organization's legal framework.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws and international legal concepts.
- Should have a good grasp of commercial laws, regulations and legal concepts, policies and procedures related to IT and ITES.
- Experience in service industry preferably ITES industry is desirable.
