Job Title: German Speaking Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Essex (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice Processing: Validate and process high volumes of invoices for multiple European entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supplier Queries: Manage Accounts Payable mailboxes, respond to and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner.
• ERP Systems: Work effectively within financial ERP systems, particularly SAP, to ensure seamless invoice processing.
• Multi-Currency Transactions: Handle multi-currency invoices with precision, supporting various European regions.
What We're Looking For:
• German Language Skills: Fluency in German is essential to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders across Europe.
• Accounting experience: Experience within accounting, especially Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger is required for this role
• ERP Systems Knowledge: Experience with financial ERP systems such as SAP is crucial for this role.
• Multi-Currency Experience: Prior experience in processing multi-currency invoices is highly desirable.
• MS Office Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
