The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.
The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.
Who We Are Looking For:
The Global Compensation Team is looking for someone driven by the idea of building a valuable employee reward experience. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation and will be responsible to efficiently administer the foundational components of compensation and assist in the strategic design and analysis to support a proactive compensation philosophy that supports the overall People strategy at AGCO.
What will you do:
Responsible for overseeing and administering global compensation programs
Using strong operational compensation knowledge, build successful relationships with stakeholders through a proactive approach to designing competitive compensation programs aligned with AGCO's compensation philosophy
Review compensation program processes and drive efficiencies through technology and process improvements
Complete in-depth analysis on various compensation programs; conduct research, data analyses and identify market trends and make recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans
Support global compensation management through the preparation of the annual competitive analysis in the regions of responsibility in order to recommend consistent approach and methodology
Determine the effectiveness of our compensation programs, initiatives and strategies and AGCO’s ability to attract and retain top talent based on our Total Rewards philosophy
Partners with HRBPs and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing, new, and/or improved HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsels HR teams on effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives
Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies and compliance standards in area of responsibility. Manage local exception requests to policy, within defined parameters, and escalate as necessary
Develop training and communication plans for compensation programs including emails, presentations, videos, and newsletters
What will you bring :
Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field is preferred
3+ years of compensation experience.
Analytical, forward-thinking, and solution-focused professional with 3+ years of success in global compensation, project, and / or infrastructure development
Knowledge of advanced compensation fundamentals and statistical analysis at a global level
Who you are :
Expert-level Excel skills as well as Word & PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with team colleagues, people leaders and executive team members
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and use critical thinking, judgement and interpretation to select the best course of action
Ability to adapt efficiently and perform cross-functional tasks under complex structures while maintaining an optimum level of confidentiality, productivity, agility, and high performance
Bachelor’s Degree in an HR/business-related field or Finance
Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically
Proficiency with HRIS, and desired working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and market analysis tools
